Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of employees, patients, supplies, and documents to and from designated locations. The role requires timeliness, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to traffic rules and company policies to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport employees, patients, medical supplies, and documents as assigned.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery based on schedules provided by the supervisor.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance such as checking oil, fuel, brakes, and tires to ensure vehicle safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
  • Follow traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure safety.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of items when necessary.
  • Keep trip logs and vehicle maintenance records up-to-date.
  • Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or delays immediately to management.
  • Assist with messengerial tasks when needed.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational graduate.
  • Must have a valid Professional Driver's License (with appropriate restrictions for the assigned vehicle).
  • With NCII in Driving.
  • Preferably with experience as a company driver, hospital driver, or ambulance driver.
  • Familiar with routes and traffic regulations in Laguna, Batangas, and nearby areas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, responsible, and with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Physically fit and able to assist with manual tasks if needed.
