Core responsibilities

  • Conducting and leading audits: Perform pre-audits, registration audits, re-audits, and surveillance audits, and lead a team of auditors during the process.
  • Assessing compliance: Evaluate if an organization's management systems comply with the requirements of relevant ISO standards, regulations, and their own internal procedures.
  • Documentation review: Examine and review technical documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure they meet the standard's requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit clear, accurate, and timely audit reports, documenting findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Client communication: Communicate compliance issues, findings, and recommendations to clients and management both verbally and in writing.
  • Team and conflict management: Guide and manage the audit team, and handle any conflicts that arise with team members or clients professionally.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and recommend areas for improvement within the client's management system to drive operational effectiveness and risk mitigation.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Certifications: Lead Auditor certification. (e.g., CQI/IRCA-approved)
  • Standard expertise: In-depth knowledge of specific ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage an audit team and mentor less experienced auditors.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, assess processes, and make evidence-based conclusions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, client interactions, and team discussions.
  • Client relations: Skill in building trust and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Time management: Ability to plan audits effectively and manage workload to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php95, Php100,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Passport (Required)
