Job Overview

Bilang Warehouse Agent, ikaw ang isa sa mga magpapa-smooth ng warehouse operations. Tutulong ka sa pagtanggap ng deliveries, pag-aayos ng inventory, pag-prepare ng orders, at pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at safety sa warehouse.

Main Responsibilities
Receiving & Storing Goods

• Tumatanggap at nagva-validate ng incoming shipments.
• Nag-iinspeksyon ng items para sa damages at nire-report ang discrepancies.
• Naglalabel at nag-aayos ng materials para madaling mahanap.
• Inaalagaan ang sensitive at fragile items properly.

Inventory Management

• Nagme-maintain ng accurate inventory records.
• Sumusuporta sa cycle counts at physical inventory.
• Ina-apply ang FIFO (First-In, First-Out) at mino-monitor ang expiration dates.

Order Picking & Shipping

• Kumukuha ng items based on order requirements.
• Nagpa-pack ng orders nang secure at nagpe-prepare for shipment.
• Tumulong sa pag-create ng shipping labels at documents.
• Nagco-conduct ng basic quality checks sa incoming and outgoing products.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Sumusunod sa safety rules at warehouse guidelines.
• Pinananatiling malinis at maayos ang working area.
• Nire-report agad ang hazards, issues, o equipment problems.

Equipment Operation

• Nag-ooperate ng forklift, pallet jack, at iba pang warehouse equipment nang safe at efficient.
• Gumagawa ng basic equipment checks regularly.

Teamwork & Communication

• Nakikipag-coordinate sa team para sa smooth operations.
• Nagbibigay ng updates sa supervisors about inventory levels, order status, and concerns.
• Tinutulungan ang ibang tasks kung kinakailangan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• NC II Certified Forklift Operator (required).
• Basic computer skills para sa inventory systems at order processing.
• Kaya magbuhat ng moderate to heavy items.
• May warehouse experience? Mas advantage
