QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or finance, preferably in IT or technology companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Spreadsheet, and admin/accounting system software (e.g., Odoo, Omni).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist the IT solutions team with documentation, client communications, and project coordination.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare basic financial reports, expense reports, and reconciliations.
- Support payroll processing and related documentation.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and vendors as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
