QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or finance, preferably in IT or technology companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Spreadsheet, and admin/accounting system software (e.g., Odoo, Omni).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Assist the IT solutions team with documentation, client communications, and project coordination.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, invoices, and receipts.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, expense reports, and reconciliations.
  • Support payroll processing and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and vendors as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
