JOB OVERVIEW:

As an Inventory Clerk under the Operations: Logistics and Inventory Department at Data Lake Inc., the primary role is to support the daily inventory tracking, documentation, and storage of equipment used in Starlink installations. This entry-level position ensures that stock levels are accurate, supplies are properly recorded, and reports are regularly updated to support the logistics workflow. The Inventory Clerk works closely with the Logistics Officer and field teams to support efficient material flow and ensure accurate stock documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels in the warehouse and deployment storage.
  • Accurately record incoming and outgoing equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Encode and update inventory data into the system or tracker.
  • Conduct routine physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Label, organize, and store equipment and materials in accordance with company standards.
  • Support the logistics team in preparing equipment for deployment.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or low stock levels to the Logistics and Inventory Team.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery receipts, inventory logs, and stock reports.
  • Comply with all safety and organizational protocols within the logistics area.
  • Perform other clerical or support tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
  • High School Graduate or College Level (preferably with coursework in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain). FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
  • Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse support is a plus.
  • Preferably with Driver's License (Restriction code 1 & 2 or A & B)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and stockroom procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory or logistics tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established logistics protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and physically fit to handle routine warehouse activities.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City
