Job Summary:
The Machinist is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining machines to produce precision parts and tools. Ensures that all products meet required specifications, quality standards, and production timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and set up machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, or CNC equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Adjust machines and tools to maintain precision and accuracy.
Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
Monitor production output, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Maintain records of production, materials used, and completed work.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet project requirements.
Qualifications:
Vocational or technical course graduate in Machining, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
TESDA NCII/NCIII Machining certification preferred.
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in machining operations.
Knowledge of machine operations, tooling, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Pay: Php600.00 per day
