CNC Technician

As part of our Team in Calamba, you will have the following responsibilities:

Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

• Demonstrate/assist in demonstration of CNC machine, peripheral equipment and software.
• Performs/assists in performing test and trials and produce sample CNC cuts, including creation of CAD drawings, as needed.
• Coordinates with customers for CNC machine installations.
• Installation/assist in the installation & commissioning of CNC machine and peripheral equipment.
• Provides after-sales support to customers.
• Conducts follow-up visits to customer following the commissioning of the machine to ensure proper operation and help customer during learning period. Help customer end-user with concerns and questions.
• Coordinates with Service Department for repair and other maintenance need of customer.
• Provides technical support on CNC software and related software.
• Provides technical support to Sales staff as may be needed.
• Assist during exhibit preparations/set-up of CNC machine.
• Perform other tasks or assignment as may be required.

Requirements:

• Holder of a relevant vocational certificate related to electromechanical or industrial technology or any electrical degrees
• At least with basic background in Autocad and MS Office
• With good character and organizational skills
• With a Valid Driver's License (Restriction Code 2 or up to DL Code B2) for Field Work
• With or without experience
• Must be able to attend on-site technical interview and exam in Laguna
