Job Title: HCL Domino Administrator Job Type: Hybrid (8x a month in office (2x per week))

Location: Mandaluyong City,1550,PH

Position Type: 6 months contract

No. of hours per week: 45

Project Role description:

Domino Admin Resources Profile

1) Domino Server Tasks

• Daily health checks

• Review status & CPU utilization of critical tasks (Agent Manager, Admin Process, Database, Server, Indexer)

• Weekly health checks after automated reboots

2) Domino Servers Maintenance

• Resolve mail routing issues

• Verify replication & server events

• Investigate dead mail in routing queues

• Analyze performance metrics

• Maintain critical system databases

• Confirm backups completed as scheduled

• Monitor transaction logs within limits

• Perform server upgrades & install fix packs

• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IBM support for PMRs

3) ID Expiration & Re-certification (Periodic)

• Monitor and recertify ID files before expiration

4) Domain Catalogue

• Maintain active database list

• Monitor ACLs for critical databases

5) Disaster Recovery Services (Monthly)

• Participate in all phases of DR exercises (pre-isolation, validation, reintegration)

6) Application-Specific Requests

• Code deployments to production

• Monitor/terminate agents exceeding thresholds

• Create CTCW client databases & replicas (Prod & Non-Prod)

• Create Domino groups (Prod & Non-Prod)

• Register users in Non-Prod directories

• Handle "Break the Glass" requests (Prod)

• Perform server reboots (Dev & Qual)

• Attend crit-sit calls and troubleshoot production issues

• Provide other admin assistance as needed
