About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Kitchen Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the culinary team
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
