Prescriptionist / Counsellor

• Ensures that all patients were given proper information on the doctor's instructions and issued their prescriptions after.
• Conducts counseling to patients who need further treatment or surgery
• Responsible for answering patients' queries and addressing them properly or referring them to the respective unit or department.
• Update records of patients in AKA and make sure that all data are accurate
• Monitors daily census report and informs the head of any discrepancies
• Performs other tasks assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Nursing or Psychology
• Preferably with experience in an Ophthalmic clinic, but not required
• Willing to undergo training
• Computer literate
• With good customer service and decision-making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
