About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to deliver critical data insights and reporting solutions for our clients. In this role, you will work with modern data technologies to build reliable reports, optimize data models, and create actionable dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SQL-based reports to support client and business requests
  • Build, test, and optimize SQL models using dbt (data build tool)
  • Design and implement analytics dashboards using ThoughtSpot
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency within Snowflake databases
  • Maintain and optimize Snowflake data schemas following best practices
  • Comply with the company's Cyber Security Framework and HIPAA requirements
  • Participate in required training related to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
  • Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool)
  • Proficiency in Snowflake data warehouse management
  • Experience creating dashboards and insights using ThoughtSpot
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams or product councils
  • Strong commitment to data integrity, security, and compliance standards

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in regulated or HIPAA-compliant environments
  • Familiarity with data governance and cybersecurity best practices
