Furniture Salesman

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain the lifestyle and concept center's upkeep. Skillfully create an enticing environment by routinely cleaning, checking, and improving the arrangement of the in-store displays. This also includes the overall inventory of the center; receive and organize stocks while also keeping tracking records of all stock movement.

· Maintain stakeholder communications, ensuring that all concerned parties are constantly informed and aligned with current project updates.

· Assist and attend to customers endorsed by the Marketing Project Expert. This includes stellar customer service and impeccable after-sales fulfillment not just for customer satisfaction, but also to boost the reputation of the company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee stocks and deliveries of supplies for the lifestyle and concept center. Create reports on daily transactions and weekly accomplishments for clear tracking and status updating.

· Regularly check-in with the Marketing Project Expert for possible customers or alignment on the statuses of open projects for after-sales fulfillment.

· Regularly conduct 5S within the lifestyle and concept center. Maintain cleanliness, proactive rearrangement of store displays for better sales, and report all faulty facilities within the lifestyle and concept center.
