  • The HR Generalist – Labor Relations is responsible for supporting labor relations strategies and providing guidance to management and employees on labor issues.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Administer labor relations programs, including grievance handling, investigations, and contract interpretation
  • Assist with investigations related to employee discipline, misconduct, and grievances
  • Provide training and guidance to supervisors and managers on labor-related matters
  • Maintain records and documentation related to grievances, arbitrations, and labor disputes
  • Collaborate with HR team to support broader HR initiatives including employee engagement, performance management, and policy development
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and advise on potential impact to company practices
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
  • Support other HR initiatives and special projects as assigned

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on labor relations
  • Working knowledge of labor law, labor contracts, grievance procedures, and dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
