- The HR Generalist – Labor Relations is responsible for supporting labor relations strategies and providing guidance to management and employees on labor issues.

- Key Responsibilities
- Administer labor relations programs, including grievance handling, investigations, and contract interpretation
- Assist with investigations related to employee discipline, misconduct, and grievances
- Provide training and guidance to supervisors and managers on labor-related matters
- Maintain records and documentation related to grievances, arbitrations, and labor disputes
- Collaborate with HR team to support broader HR initiatives including employee engagement, performance management, and policy development
- Monitor changes in labor laws and advise on potential impact to company practices
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Support other HR initiatives and special projects as assigned

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on labor relations
- Working knowledge of labor law, labor contracts, grievance procedures, and dispute resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
