  1. Conducts performance review & weekly meetings at the store level

  2. Ensures proper implementation of Sales, Marketing & Operational programs in the stores being supervised.

  3. Conducts on the spot crew training and coaching whenever necessary

  4. Coordinates with maintenance group for any assistance related to repairs and maintenance of equipment and store facilities.

  5. Ensures good working relations with all subordinates.

  6. Recommends personnel supervised for promotion and regularization.

  7. Checks regularly the stores compliance to standards in regard to Cleanliness and Sanitation,Customer Service and Product Quality.

  8. Checks daily records per store in regard to sales deposits, petty cash purchases, change funds, SIR, and promotional collaterals.

  9. Prepares regular shift schedules and assignments of crews.

  10. Approves personnel overtime among direct reports.

  11. Conducts disciplinary actions among direct reports.

  12. Attends to customer complaints and concerns beyond the Store Team Leader can handle.

  13. Works with HR in hiring and training of crews.

  14. Conducts store audit weekly (cash sales, petty cash, change funds, marketing collaterals, and operational standards).

Performs other functions as may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
