Job Summary

The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, establishing accurate boundaries, preparing technical maps and plans, and providing geospatial data necessary for project implementation. The role ensures compliance with legal, technical, and safety standards to support the company's infrastructure and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic mapping for project sites.
  • Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates for construction and engineering projects.
  • Operate and maintain surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, Drone).
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret survey data, maps, charts, and reports.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of survey measurements and calculations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, property laws, and safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain survey-related documentation for company files and regulatory purposes.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to survey teams and site engineers.
  • Stay updated with the latest geodetic, mapping, and geospatial technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC).
  • Proven experience in land surveying, construction projects, or related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in survey software (AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D, etc.).
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Fieldwork at project sites and occasional office-based tasks.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, construction site risks, and extended site hours when necessary.
  • May involve travel to different project locations.

Performance Standards

  • Accuracy and reliability of survey data.
  • Timely completion of survey activities in line with project schedules.
  • Compliance with legal and technical requirements.
  • Effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
