General Description of the Job:

  • The Psychometrician is responsible for administering, scoring and interpreting psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional behavioral and personality functioning. Ensures ethical practice confidentiality, and reliability in all aspects of test administration and documentation.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday
  • Duty extension may be required as dictated by workload demands. Flexibility in working hours is expected to ensure the higher efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Must be a Licensed Psychometrician ( as per local regulations, e.g. PRC in the Philippines)
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Tagalog, both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidentiality information
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities
