About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting travel nurses for staffing agencies and will be confident managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.

You'll play a key role in building strong relationships with nurses, understanding client needs, and ensuring successful placements across various healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses for open assignments.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process — from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive experiences and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing targets and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting travel nurses for healthcare staffing agencies (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Internet: A reliable connection with speeds of 20mbps or higher
  • Location: Anywhere remote
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Availability: Willingness to work full-time within the client timezone.
  • Experience: Previous experience working remotely is highly desirable
