- Develops knowledge of state pricing regulations and formulas.
- Maintains integrity of each market's formulas, rules, procedure, posting deadlines and logic.
- Manages implementation of price actions in the Vistaar Pricing application per direction of
- Manager, Business Units, or Domestic Finance Personnel.
- Manages resolution of pricing issues, ensures appropriate Sales, Sales Finance, and Business
- Unit management authorization, and completes implementation of authorized Gallo pricing actions within assigned markets in the Vistaar Pricing application and the SAP order/invoicing system.
- Works with Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Regional Sales Finance to resolve pricing related order/invoice issues.
- Maintains basic knowledge of the distributor reimbursements process to manage resolution of exceptions in the Vistaar Reimbursements (PAR) system.
- Process price quotations/postings for assigned area. Reviews price quotations/postings for accuracy for backup roll assignment.
- Effectively organizes and prioritizes pricing activity in assigned areas.
- Participates in implementation of ongoing systems evolution for pricing administration activity.
- Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus prior work experience in pricing, administrative support, accounting, finance or retail.
- Good communication and customer services skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of mathematical relationships.
- Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
