Main purpose of the Human Resources & Payroll Admin role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Admin to support both our Philippines and U.S. offices with a wide range of administrative HR-related functions. This role demands strong attention to detail and data accuracy while providing support across a wide range of administrative functions, including payroll, benefits, hiring, training compliance, and other ad hoc tasks.

Major Responsibilities:

· Coordinate payroll related matters with employees and our US payroll team

· Assist with employee inquiries and maintain progress in the HR ticketing system

· Update employee records in both Sprouts and Workforce Now ADP. This includes updating employee time and attendance data for both platforms

· Partner with managers to ensure employee payroll hours are submitted accurately and approved on a timely basis every pay period

· Manage Certificate of Employments

· Help facilitate the benefits enrollment process and complete administrative filing. This includes supporting the US Payroll team in administering health and life insurance programs

· Hire/onboard all new hires on Workforce Now ADP

· Create and accurately manage all job postings on Workforce Now ADP

· Perform onboarding procedures including preplacement testing, employment verifications and background checks specific to the US team

· Oversee training assignment completion, including assigning courses in Traliant and auditing completions for compliance

· Help support with basic level reporting for the HR team

· Create reminders for employees on benefits completion and help collect employee files

· Manage ad hoc requests for completion, ensuring 100% completion and following up with employees as needed. This includes signature chasing for acknowledgments, collecting all annual reviews

· Complete ad hoc requests as assigned by management

Required Competencies:

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3-4+ years proven work experience as a HR Admin or similar experience

· Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) in a global platform is a plus

· Proficient to advanced using Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Sprouts system (Philippines)

· Experience with Workforce Now ADP (US)
