Qashier is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our Philippines hypergrowth expansion as we continue to expand our reach into various marketing channels (organic, paid, and social).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing content that matches the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including designs for social media, digital banners, offline collaterals, product advertisements, billboard ads, etc.
  • Designing for brands and has an excellent sense of design, typography, layout, and colour composition. The candidate must be excellent in using the design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc, the more design software you know will be a plus. As a bonus, you also know how to edit videos and perform simple animations.
  • As our in-house design-wizard, you should also be result-driven and must be able to work independently and within a team.
  • Be at the forefront of the creative processes, able to conceptualise and design marketing/promotional collaterals from scratch
  • Able to support all creative tasks, including design for marketing collaterals, digital ads (both static and motion), design adaptation, video/photo editing, etc
  • Help bring creative ideas to life and convey our brand message to the target audiences through your designs
  • A detail-oriented person with strong organisational skills while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to explore ideas and creations at a fast pace, deadline-driven environment while consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and demonstrating great teamwork to accomplish the assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in related field, with at least 2 years experience as a graphic designer
  • In lieu of a degree, a proven academic portfolio and extensive experience may be acceptable
  • Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and work within deadlines
  • Experience in 3D product rendering is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a MUST
  • Proficiency in other design software (inDesign) and motion graphic design is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Videography, video editing and/or photography skills is a PLUS
  • Experience working in a creative agency environment is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate and present design concept and ideas clearly to the stakeholders
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
