We are seeking a high-caliber professional for the role of Vice President, Relationship Manager in the Commercial and Business Sales Group, based in Manila, Philippines.

The Relationship Manager is a strategic professional who stays updated on industry developments and contributes to strategic direction. They are recognized as technical authorities within their area, requiring basic commercial awareness and developed communication skills to influence and guide others.

Their work significantly impacts their area and the overall business performance. Key responsibilities include:Deepening client relationships and proactively managing their needs and expectations. Introducing solutions and structuring innovative, customized offerings with product specialists.

Collaborating with the Case Manager on client onboarding and retention, ensuring compliance with KYC and other policies. Identifying cross-sell opportunities to increase wallet share.

Enhancing client experience through market updates and insights. Driving innovation and strategic initiatives. Networking to identify new business opportunities.

Managing credit relationships, ensuring policy adherence. Ensuring compliance with regulations and Citi policies, assessing risks, and maintaining ethical standards. Ideal candidate skills and experience:8-10 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of banking and investment products, with a proven track record in financial advisory. Advanced credit structuring skills, including complex deals and capital markets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively. Proactive in building client relationships and innovative in meeting client needs. Comfort with digital technology and data-driven decision-making.
