About the role
Join the team at SIPAT CONSTRUCTION' as a full-time Instrument Man based in Bamban Tarlac. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for assisting with surveying activities, utilizing various surveying instruments to collect accurate data that supports the company's construction projects. As an integral member of the surveying team, you will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Setting up and operating surveying equipment such as levels, theodolites and total stations
- Conducting field measurements and data collection to support land and construction surveys
- Maintaining and calibrating survey instruments to ensure accuracy of data
- Recording field notes and survey data, and uploading to digital systems
- Assisting the Survey Team with a range of surveying tasks as required
- Collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure survey data supports project needs
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Instrument Man or similar surveying role, ideally within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and maps
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
