Telecom Dispacther

The Telecom Dispatcher is responsible for managing the daily workflow of field technicians and ensuring efficient, timely delivery of service operations. This role oversees the intake and prioritization of service requests, dispatches work orders, and maintains clear communication between internal teams, customers, and field staff. It ensures accurate documentation, monitors job progress, and supports technicians with the information needed to complete tasks effectively. This position plays a key role in maintaining high service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize incoming job orders.
• Dispatch work orders and optimize technician schedules and routes.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians and provide real-time support.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely task completion.
• Schedule customer appointments and provide status updates.
• Ensure accurate documentation of work orders and service reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve workflow or service issues.
• Support continuous improvements to enhance service operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any degree.
• Experience in field service coordination, dispatching, or operations support is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
