Licensed Microbiologist

A. Microbiological Testing & Laboratory Control

• Perform routine microbiological testing (TPC, Yeast & Mold, Coliforms, Pathogens).
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration logs according to ISO/IEC 17025.
• Implement internal quality controls and environmental monitoring programs.

B. Food Safety System Compliance

• Ensure PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs, and monitoring procedures are correctly implemented.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits, verification, and validation activities.
• Support HACCP plan development, CCP validation, and microbial risk assessments.

C. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete and accurate records: test reports, SOPs, certificates of
• analysis, calibration logs.
• Analyze and report trends to FSQMD Manager and Food Safety Team.
• Ensure traceability of all microbiological data.

D. Training, Support & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct training on microbiology, contamination prevention, and food safety awareness.
• Lead investigations for non conformances or customer complaints.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive actions.
