Take charge of your career and be part of our dynamic team As a Fund Servicing Associate II at JPMorgan Chase, you will have the opportunity to fulfill our obligations towards investment fund unit holders and German regulators by ensuring accurate Net Asset Valuation (NAV). You will provide essential fund accounting information and static data to fund managers.

Your responsibilities will include timely and precise NAV reconciliation, investigating and resolving discrepancies in investment funds. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in fund management and accounting while contributing significantly to our team's objectives. Job Responsibilities:Utilize JPM applications to perform the complete cycle of NAV reconciliation daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring alignment with JPM Accounting data.

Create reconciliation report packages and investigate substantial NAV breaks in collaboration with internal departments and IFAS for timely resolution of discrepancies. Maintain quality management to ensure the accuracy of JPM Fund Accounting and Custody Data. Update security static data, including asset IDs (ISIN, WKN), in the system as needed.

Input accrued expenses and provide expense accruals to IFAS upon client or KVG/Fondsleitung requests. Coordinate additional valuation information flow with CMO, KVGs/Fondsleitung, and IFAS, especially for unit purchases and sales. Support OTC derivatives management in collaboration with IFAS and GDS.Handle inquiries efficiently to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Chartered Accountant, MBA, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. At least 3 years of experience in the pension funds industry, with a focus on fund accounting. Expertise in fund accounting, account reconciliation, and awareness of industry trends.

Knowledge of the securities industry, including dividends, principal & interest, corporate actions, and trading activities. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for clear strategic messaging. Proven relationship management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Leadership skills, including team building and fostering collaboration. Proactive in issue identification and escalation. Ability to manage disagreements and facilitate collaborative solutions.
