Oil and Gas Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership Managing and supervising engineering and maintenance staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Project Management:Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, including modifications, repairs, and new installations.
• Maintenance Management:Implementing and monitoring preventative maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
• Budget Management:Developing and managing budgets for engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring a safe working environment, complying with safety regulations, and promoting a safety-conscious culture.
• Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stakeholder Communication:Collaborating with other departments, including operations, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Technical Expertise:Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring technical accuracy.
• Inventory Management:Overseeing the management of spare parts and materials to ensure adequate availability for maintenance and repairs.
• Customer Focus:Understanding customer needs and expectations, and ensuring that service standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Must be Licensed of BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have skilled knowledge about Autocad
• Must know how to deal with Depot Infrastracture.
• Have experience in oil and gas industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
