Best Tools is hiring a Technician for our Ilagan branch.

Position Overview:

We are searching for a reliable and skilled technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of industrial tools, equipment, and machinery. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial tools, power equipment, and related machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Read and apply information from technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work.
• Follow established safety practices and company guidelines.
• Support team members and assist customers with technical concerns when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED (technical/vocational background preferred).
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant technical experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Additional Requirement:

Must be open to undergoing technical training in Metro Manila.
