Purpose of the Role

As the Senior Project Management Specialist, you play a critical role in enabling the success of the Agency Expansion and Field Governance initiatives. This position provides high-level support to the Head of Agency Expansion and Field Governance through project coordination, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and administrative management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Draft and prepare project papers, proposals, and strategic documents.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and implementation plans.
  • Create and design presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyze data for regular and ad hoc reports.

  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.

  • Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track key milestones.
  • Maintain a system for monitoring progress on various projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain documentation and records.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and field activities.

Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a support role, preferably in sales, agency distribution, or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with agency operations and field governance.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
