As a
Solutions Architect,
you will play a vital role in implementing and deploying various IT solutions for our customers.
What you'll do:

  • Installation, Development and Deployment:
    Deploying IT Solutions and other specified IT Security Solutions to our customers.
  • Design and Implementation:
    Designing and implementing IT Solution and IT Security Solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs and specifications.
  • Product Presentations:
    Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Post-Sales Support
    : Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.
  • Business Analysis:
    Performing business analysis functions for deployment projects, ensuring that the solutions align with the customers' business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills:

  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in installing, deploying, and supporting IT Solution or various IT Security product, solution or service.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide any technical support to customer or client.
