Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and onboarding to employee transitions and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Assist with payroll processing and inquiries.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations related to employee relations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed for complex employee relations issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Design and deliver safety training programs to employees, ensuring awareness and understanding of safety practices and procedures.
Promote a culture of safety by organizing safety drills and simulations. - Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for management review. - Ensure the company's compliance with all OSH-related legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with relevant government agencies and represent the company during OSH inspections or audits. - Develop and implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving employee well-being and reducing workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Monitor employee health trends and recommend initiatives to address health risks.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR mainly business partnering, recruitment and selection, policy making, contract and performance management, employee/labor relations.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
