Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated S/4HANA ABAP Developer to join our team for a fast-paced volume hiring project. The ideal candidate will be an Advanced (P3) level expert with significant hands-on experience in modern SAP development practices, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing custom applications to leverage the full capabilities of the SAP HANA platform

S/4HANA ABAP Developer will be responsible for:

  • ABAP Development : Designing, developing, and maintaining custom SAP applications using the ABAP programming language.
  • Modern Development : Building modern, cloud-ready applications using RAP (RESTful Application Programming) for S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments.
  • Data Services: Creating and optimizing Core Data Services (CDS) views for reporting and analytics, and developing/managing OData services for integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
  • SAP HANA Optimization: Leveraging HANA's in-memory capabilities, including SQL scripting and AMDP, for performance tuning and real-time analytics.
  • Integration: Working with SAP Fiori/UI5, Gateway services, and APIs to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Performing unit testing, troubleshooting issues, debugging, and ensuring compliance with SAP standards.
  • Documentation: Preparing comprehensive technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

You must possess strong expertise in the following areas:

  • Advanced proficiency in ABAP OO (Object-Oriented), CDS, OData, and RAP (RESTful Application Programming).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development, including AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and SQL Script for performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with the modern SAP ecosystem: SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  • Knowledge of classical ABAP objects (WRICEF - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Proficiency with ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.
  • Understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and involvement in S/4HANA conversion projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically 3–10 years in SAP development, with a focus on S/4HANA projects.
  • Proficiency Level: Must meet the P3 - Advanced standard: "I have applied the skill in multiple contexts and can educate others".
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications (A Plus): SAP ABAP for HANA, SAP RAP, or SAP BTP certifications.

Work Setup

  • Location: Candidate must be amenable to work in any assigned location in Manila.
  • Schedule: Must have no shift preferences.
  • Work Model: Must be open to a Return-to-Office (RTO) setup if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
