A Marketing Assistant or Junior Marketer, is responsible for providing support to senior marketing staff as the executive marketing campaigns and analyst their impact. Their duties include handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports in a clear format and creating surveys, questionnaires and other tools to measure marketing impact.

Qualifications
  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Tagalog).
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Basic design skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar software (or willingness to learn).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to assist during events (may include weekends/extended hours).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in retail, lifestyle, or defense industry marketing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (e.g., expos, gun shows, store openings).
  • Support social media management: create captions, graphics, and short-form videos; schedule posts; engage with the community.
  • Help track social media insights, website traffic, and e-commerce performance (Shopee, website).
  • Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, dealers, and event organizers.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials (posters, banners, digital ads) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Maintain and update product listings, promotions, and announcements online.
  • Provide on-ground support during events (booth set-up, displays, customer engagement).
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to provide content ideas.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (reports, documentation, inventory of marketing collaterals).
