JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Directly reporting to the PiC/Senior Project Engineer/PM
  • Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, budget, estimate and site construction
  • Document and material procurement
  • Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures
  • Assist Project Managers/PIC with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
  • Maintain construction files and logs
  • Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders
  • Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs (Request for Information)
  • Track and inspect material deliveries
  • Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports
  • Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes (as required)
  • Provide field technical supervision for all trades and other tasks as required by the PM/PIC and The President.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must posses a Civil Engg. Licensed and newly board passers are also welcome.

  • At least 2 years experienced on Site office supervision.

  • Team player

  • Good oral communication skills

  • Knowledgeable in all Microsoft programs

  • Can work independently on site supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
