Executive Housekeeper - Hotel Resort, Palawan, Philippines

A pre-opening hotel resort in Palawan is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to join its pre-opening and operations team. The successful candidate, reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping department, and ensuring that the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the resort's high standards. This role includes managing housekeeping staff, ensuring inventory control, implementing cleanliness standards, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related discipline
Five (5) years experience in the same role, or a department head, for a five-star hotel resort
Pre-opening experience preferred
Island person
Possesses leadership and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self starter
Willingness to be based in Palawan, Philippines
