Responsibilities:

• Servicing existing customers and cross selling based on their needs
• Make first interaction with potential customers to buy products creating an impact to consumers.
• Sell the product by creating the "need" for customer highlighting the benefits of the products so customers can imagine what it feels like having our services.
• Ensure orders are properly submitted with the right personal information of the customer, plan, and contract, and coordinate with different teams to resolve issues or requests that may arise in the beginning of the transaction.
• An expert in all areas: call handling, product knowledge, objection management, sales reporting, telephony interfaces and processes, and outbound skills.
• Other responsibilities and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements :

• Candidate must be at least a High school diploma, vocational diploma, graduate of any 2 - 4 year course is favorable.
• 6 months' sales experience for any consumer type of products
• Inbound/Outbound telephone sales experience in a call centre environment, inclusive cold calls.
• Above average English communication skills; Proficiency in English verbal and written skills is a must. Native Tagalog speaker is a must.
• Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers.
• Sales experience of billing, credit card payments or financial products is an advantage.
• Comfort and silent environment for home office is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
