Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
• Handle accounts receivable, including debt collection and customer follow-ups.
• Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with financial terms.
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and cost efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgets for financial planning.
• Monitor and manage debt levels, ensuring optimal financial health.
• Supervise inventory management, including reordering strategies and stock control.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies to improve profitability.
• Manage payroll processing, wages, and employee compensation.
• Ensure compliance with PAYE (Pay As You Earn) and GST (Goods & Services Tax) regulations.
• Develop and execute tax planning strategies to optimize tax obligations.

Requirements:

• Accounting qualification:
  Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum
  2 years of experience with Xero
  for accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  .
• Experience working with
  New Zealand companies
  , with a strong understanding of
  NZ/AU tax laws and financial regulations
  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
