RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for verifying and reporting cash receipts and sales payments to the NAV system.
  • Check deposit slips against the Cash Receipt Journal (CRJ) template and validate them as necessary.
  • Encode, upload and post cash payments/receipts in CRJ Excel template.
  • Accountable for monthly client card reports, including open payments and invoicing from Branches.
  • Update Customer Masterlist on Excel file based on C&C customer update and send the updated masterlist to the Branches.
  • Prepare adjustment slips (both positive and negative) for the allocated invoices' sales refund.
  • Responsible for receiving and checking of weekly and monthly reports for MIS Head's checking.
  • Perform other assigned tasks from time to time.
