The Opportunity:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across sales and the wider organization. This role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, analysing KPIs, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and Salesforce. Analyse trends, KPIs, and business performance data to provide actionable insights. Translate complex datasets into clear, visually compelling reports for stakeholders.

  • Data Management & Quality: Maintain data integrity across multiple systems through regular audits and validation. Collaborate with business teams to define and improve data governance processes. Support integration between Salesforce and other BI platforms.

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. Assist with customization (page layouts, fields, workflows) and data management activities (imports, deduplication).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different business units to understand analytical needs and develop reporting solutions aligned with strategic goals. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Salesforce Associate Certification (preferred).

  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business insights.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
