Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Sorter to join our Quality Assurance team. The QA Sorter will be responsible for inspecting and sorting tins, lids, and other packaging materials for defects before they are used in production. This role ensures that all incoming materials meet company quality standards and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and sort incoming deliveries of tin cans and lids for any defects (e.g., dents, scratches, rust, deformities, or seal issues).
• Ensure that all defective or non-conforming items are properly identified, segregated, and reported.
• Follow standard inspection procedures and maintain accurate records of inspection results.
• Coordinate with the QA Inspector and Production team regarding rejected materials and replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.
• Support QA department in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
• Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate.
• With or without experience (training will be provided).
• Preferably with background in food manufacturing or packaging inspection.
• Keen attention to detail and good observation skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision and willing to work in shifting schedules.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Shifting schedule depending on production needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
