Your Role:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking client workflows, tracking prospects and follow up, managing staff calendars, calling and emailing clients to remind them of appointments, generating and editing legal documents, creating various status reports to assist in the management of the firm, documenting firm processes and creating employee training materials.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Must have 5+ years experience in an administrative or operational role in a law firm setting
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Technological savvy
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn various software programs (Salesforce)

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Familiarity with Zapier, Acuity Scheduling
