As a Sr App Developer (.NET), you will be responsible for developing and supporting business solutions to many strategic programs. You will be a primary contributor in designing, coding, and supporting applications that are aligned with the IT strategy, leveraging enterprise components and capabilities, advancing the state of our IT assets, and expanding and improving upon our enterprise engineering strategy.

The position also allows for communicating with various groups in the IT organization and different parts of the business as we provide solutions to improve the end-user experience. The team usually works on many small projects instead of a few very large projects to better reduce monotony. It is also critical to identify, design, and solve complex problems while being able to reuse code where possible. Expectations include driving automation, solutions, and team growth to provide a solid set of products.

Primary Responsibilities:

• .Net Application development to help automate tools that help our customers
• Design, implement, and maintain applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software working with established processes
• Communicate effectively with other engineers and QE
• Provide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure questions
• Develop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
• Contribute to the development team and help achieve key business objectives
• Contribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
• Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Present and demonstrate solutions to peers and senior management
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree OR HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
• 5+ years of .Net design/development experience
• 3+ years of Application/Service development
• 3+ years of REST API development
• 2+ years of SQL Server experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, must be able to work well with teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Experience with Source Control systems (example: Github/TFS/Azure DevOps)
• Experience working in a virtual team environment
• Knowledge of Windows operating system details
• Knowledge of .Net Core
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid development skills
• Solid troubleshooting skills
