Job Description:

We are currently seeking talented painters to join our dynamic team. As a painter at Benew Designs, you will play a crucial role in bringing our design concepts to life through expert application of paint and finishes. You will collaborate closely with our design and construction teams to ensure the seamless execution of our projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
  • Select and mix paint colors to match specified color schemes and design requirements
  • Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
  • Create textures and decorative effects using various painting techniques
  • Collaborate with designers and carpenters to achieve desired visual effects and finishes
  • Ensure the proper handling, storage, and disposal of paint and related materials
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a painter, preferably in the exhibition or event industry
  • Proficiency in various painting techniques and application methods
  • Knowledge of color theory and ability to match and mix paint colors accurately
  • Attention to detail and precision in finishing work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
