What are we looking for?

We're looking for a passionate and dynamic 'Graphic Designer' to join our design team. This role and provides a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn, develop and grow within one of the leading Event Agencies.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create Visual Concepts:
    Develop visual materials, including website designs, social media graphics, banners, brochures, logos, and other marketing collateral, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the audience.

  • Collaborate with Team:
    Collaborate effectively within the design team, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a creative and supportive work environment. Work closely with content teams to understand their goals and develop design solutions that meet their objectives while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Conceptualize and Design:
    Conceptualize and create innovative and engaging designs ensuring high-quality graphics that align with the brand's identity and messaging.

  • Software Proficiency:
    Utilize graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visually appealing designs and layouts.

  • Quality Control:
    Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before finalizing and publishing.

  • Print Production:
    Prepare and optimize designs for print production, collaborating with print vendors to ensure high-quality printed materials.

  • Documentation:
    Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, making it easy for team members to access and utilize them when needed.

  • Stay Updated:
    Keep up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to create visually appealing and effective designs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is essential within an event agency
  • At least two references will be required
  • This role is based in the Philippines (full time, hybrid)
  • Travel will be required and is frequency and locations is dependent on the client and their projects

Timeframes
