About the role

Rising star solutions' is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth for our innovative technology solutions. What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Arrange and conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Provide ongoing customer support and manage client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the technology or software industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a driven and competitive mindset
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field are an advantage
