Outbound UK Survey Agent

Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outbound UK Survey Agent to conduct structured outbound survey calls to UK-based respondents. This role is focused on market research and data collection, not sales. The ideal candidate has proven experience handling UK survey accounts, strong communication skills, and the ability to strictly follow approved scripts while accurately capturing respondent data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to UK respondents using provided databases
  • Conduct surveys in strict accordance with approved scripts and guidelines
  • Clearly explain the purpose of the survey and obtain respondent consent
  • Accurately record responses using CRM, CATI, or survey platforms
  • Handle objections professionally while maintaining survey integrity
  • Meet or exceed daily call volume and survey completion targets
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection laws, and client policies
  • Maintain high standards for call quality, professionalism, and data accuracy

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience
  • Prior experience handling UK survey or UK market research accounts
  • Experience conducting non-sales, survey-based outbound calls
  • Strong familiarity with UK accents, culture, and call etiquette
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-comprehensible accent
  • Strong listening, probing, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow scripts without deviation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, dialers, survey tools)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CATI or survey platforms
  • Previous experience with UK research agencies
  • Background in BPO or Market Research firms
  • Prior experience working UK or night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
