Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the live TV virtual graphics system during broadcast productions, ensuring seamless integration with live sports events and other programming.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to deliver the highest-quality on-air graphics and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to meet broadcast deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide remote IT support and troubleshooting for production systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) and ensure system reliability during live broadcasts.
  • Utilize remote access tools to guide users step by step through problem-solving processes.
  • Manage and oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop support staff to enhance technical performance, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving technologies, proposing creative ideas and improvements to enhance broadcast operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Manager, Helpdesk Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Solid understanding of common business applications (MS Office 365, email systems, collaboration tools).
  • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and remote desktop applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and perform under pressure in live broadcast environments.
