The Program Head supervises and supports the academic instructional programs of the college and oversees student appeals; planning and institutional effectiveness efforts, resource allocation, faculty hiring and evaluation, curriculum development, scheduling, program evaluations and coordination with all support units – student services, academic support, educational technology and facilities and maintenance – in support of the vision-mission of the WCC.
