We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Commissary Staff. The primary responsibility of the Commissary Staff will be to assist in the efficient operation of our company's commissary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the commissary to produce quickly and efficiently quality products
- Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper rotation of stock
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in food preparation, portioning, and packaging as needed
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the commissary manager to create efficient work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and meet production goals
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food products and equipment
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and suggest process improvements to streamline operations
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as completing orders, documenting invoices, and managing paperwork
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a commissary, food production, or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory management
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory calculations and record-keeping
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility with schedules, including early morning or late evening shifts
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy boxes, stand for long periods, and work in a refrigerated environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14, Php15,500.00 per month
