Teamcenter Administrator

About the role:

• We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Administrator to support the implementation,

optimization, and ongoing administration of Teamcenter, our Product Lifecycle Management

(PLM) software. You will work closely with our Engineering team and the Product Development

General Manager to ensure the system is utilized to its full potential across all phases of product

and project lifecycle management.

• This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of engineering processes and PLM

systems, and who can bridge the gap between technical teams and software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and user adoption of Teamcenter PLM software.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to align the system with business needs and processes.
• Identify and resolve issues within Teamcenter workflows, integrations, and data management.
• Train and support end users in best practices and efficient usage of Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in product lifecycle processes.
• Support data migration, version control, BOM management, and change management using Teamcenter.
• Document system configurations, workflows, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Teamcenter PLM software (implementation, administration, or advanced user).
• Strong understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting product development or engineering teams in a technical environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with vendors or IT teams as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train/guide technical and non-technical users.
