JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Responsible for company purchasing policies and procedures, and assist in maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation.
  • Responsible for conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for product that is purchased.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Research potential vendors/suppliers
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Manage purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Working with inventory staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a purchaser
  • Experience using procurement software and databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
