JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for company purchasing policies and procedures, and assist in maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation.
- Responsible for conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for product that is purchased.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors/suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Manage purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Working with inventory staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a purchaser
- Experience using procurement software and databases.

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
